A festival is a hundred small productions that have to land on the same weekend. 4Life Entertainment produces and supports multi-stage festivals every season, including Elements Music & Arts Festival, Secret Dreams, Resonate Suwannee and Tipper & Friends events at Suwannee, The Gorge and Red Rocks.
We start with the site: stage positions, sightlines, sound propagation, power runs and truck access. From there we build the production package per stage, schedule the load-in around the other vendors on site, and staff each stage with the engineers and techs it needs for the run.
During the show we run stage management, artist advance and changeovers so sets start on time, and we keep a production desk staffed for the organizer. Strike is scheduled before the first truck arrives.
Where a festival provides its own labor we support install and strike; show-run operations stay our full responsibility.
Where we have done it

Questions we get
Do you take on the whole festival or just one stage?
Either. We have delivered full production for flagship stages, such as the Portal Stage at Secret Dreams, and multi-stage visual infrastructure across a whole site at Elements. Scope is set per stage in the proposal.
How early should a festival book production?
Four to six months ahead for a multi-stage event gives time for site planning, engineering and vendor scheduling. Our festival production checklist walks through the timeline.
Can you work with the festival's own stage crews?
Yes. When a festival provides labor we support install and strike with our leads, and our team runs the show. Roles are written into the contract so nobody is guessing on load-in day.
Do you handle power and site lighting?
Yes. Distribution, cable and site lighting are part of our inventory, and we coordinate generator power and tie-ins with the site electrician.
Tell us about the show.
Venue, date, what the stage needs. We come back with a scope, a plot and a quote that reads like a production plan.
