4Life Entertainment is a production partner for the Boston Freedom Rally, one of the largest annual public gatherings in New England, where we deliver staging, systems and large-scale event production on Boston Common. That experience with city permits, public safety and tight downtown load-ins carries into every Boston LED wall rental we do.
Boston events range from club shows and college concerts to Seaport conferences, Back Bay galas and outdoor festivals in the parks. For each one we size the wall to the viewing distance, choose indoor fine-pitch or outdoor high-brightness panels, and build it on ground support or fly it from the venue's rigging. Processing, playback, signal distribution and a video engineer travel with every wall.
Boston venues add their own logistics: narrow streets, alley docks, early curfews and historic buildings with limited rigging. We advance all of it with the venue before the truck leaves, and our crews are based in Massachusetts, so a Boston load-in is a short drive rather than a flight.
Lighting, concert audio, staging, lasers and CO2 jets are available on the same quote so a single crew delivers the whole stage. Send the venue, the date and a rough size and we will build a plan.
A Boston booking usually starts with a floor plan or a site photo and a date, and we come back with a wall size and pitch, a support method and a quote. Larger builds get a site visit. On show day the wall is pixel-mapped and tested with real content before anyone sees it, and the engineer stays through the last cue.

Do you cover Cambridge, Somerville and the suburbs?
Yes. Greater Boston including Cambridge, Somerville, Quincy, Newton, Waltham and the Route 128 corridor, plus the North and South Shore.
Can you work within Boston's permit and noise rules for an outdoor event?
Yes. We have produced on Boston Common and know the city's event permitting, public safety and sound requirements. We coordinate with the organizer's permit holder and the city.
Do you handle conferences and corporate events in the Seaport?
Yes. Fine-pitch walls with live switching, IMAG and presentation inputs are a regular corporate build for us.
How soon can you deliver?
With our crews based in Massachusetts, short-notice dates are often workable. Peak season dates should be held as early as you can.
