New York City is where 4Life Entertainment does most of its work. We are the multi-year production partner at Central Park SummerStage, where the seasonal install includes the LED video wall, PTZ cameras and IMAG for a full summer of shows. We have supported productions at Terminal 5, at Under The K Bridge for the promoter Project 91, at Rockefeller Center, and at Pacha NYC (formerly Brooklyn Mirage) for Dreamland and Planet Pride events.
An LED wall rental in NYC comes with its own set of problems: loading docks with time windows, freight elevators, union houses, street closures and the rigging limits of older buildings. We plan for all of it. Walls can be ground-supported on truss for a street or park event, flown from house points in a venue, or built on a custom frame for a pop-up in a space that was never meant to hold a show.
Our inventory covers fine-pitch indoor panels for close viewing in clubs, ballrooms and corporate rooms, and high-brightness outdoor panels that hold up in direct sun on a park stage. Every wall ships with processing, playback, signal distribution and a video engineer. IMAG and camera packages are available for concerts and conferences.

A typical NYC booking runs like this: you send the venue and date, we confirm the wall size and pitch against the room, we advance the dock, the rigging and the power with the venue, and the crew builds, pixel-maps and tests the wall before doors. The video engineer stays through the show and the same crew strikes it. If the event grows between the quote and the date, the package grows with it.

Questions we get
Do you deliver and install LED walls anywhere in the five boroughs?
Yes. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Long Island, Westchester and northern New Jersey. We plan dock times, permits and parking as part of the advance.
Can the wall be flown in a venue with limited rigging?
Usually. We survey the house points and the load limits first. Where flying is not an option we build the wall on ground support or a custom frame, which is how most pop-up and non-traditional venues get done.
How far ahead should I book an LED wall in NYC?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a standard wall. Summer weekends and the holiday season fill earlier, so a date hold as soon as the event is confirmed is the safe move.
Do you work with the venue's production team?
Yes. We advance directly with the venue's production manager and work alongside house crews and other vendors on site.
