LED Wall Rental Long Island
LED wall rental on Long Island
Concert-grade LED walls delivered and installed across Nassau and Suffolk, with the same crew and gear we run in the city.
Long Island events run the full range: outdoor summer concerts, town festivals, vineyard and estate weddings, corporate galas at waterfront venues and sports and school events that want a screen the whole crowd can see. 4Life Entertainment serves all of Nassau and Suffolk County with the LED inventory and crew we run across the NYC Metro Area.
For an outdoor event, we size an outdoor-rated wall for the viewing distance, build it on ballasted ground support and run it from a generator or the site's power. For a ballroom or a tent, a fine-pitch indoor wall gives a sharp image for presentations, IMAG and video content, and it can be flown or stand on a frame depending on the room.
Every rental includes delivery, installation, processing, playback and a video engineer for the event. Camera packages and live switching are available for concerts, conferences and ceremonies. Lighting, audio and effects can be added so one vendor handles the stage.
Our NYC references carry over directly: Central Park SummerStage, Terminal 5, Planet Pride and Dreamland are the same crew that will show up on Long Island. Send us the venue and the date and we will send back a plan.
Outdoor events on Long Island also lean on our owned power distribution and cable, which turns a vineyard field, a beach parking lot or a town green into a working stage without a second vendor. Every outdoor build gets a weather plan and ground support ballasted for the site. For indoor galas, the wall is quiet, cable-managed and dressed so it photographs as part of the room.

Questions we get
Do you cover the East End and the Hamptons?
Yes. We serve all of Suffolk County including the North and South Forks, with travel planned into the quote.
Can an LED wall work in a tent?
Yes. A tent can usually take a ground-supported wall on a frame, and we check the tent's structure before we propose anything that hangs from it.
What size wall works for a town festival or outdoor concert?
It depends on how far the back of the crowd is from the stage. Our guide on sizing an LED wall explains the math, and we size it with you from the site plan.
Do you provide the content?
We run your content, a live camera feed or both. Simple looks and logo loops can be built for you on request.
