Festival Production Company
Festival production company for multi-stage events
Site plans, stages, LED, audio, lighting, lasers, power and crew, built and run by a team that produces multi-stage festivals every season.
4Life Entertainment produces and supports multi-stage festivals every season. We have delivered multi-stage visual infrastructure at Elements Music & Arts Festival, a lakeside site known for immersive environments. We delivered full production for the Portal Stage at Secret Dreams, supported Resonate Suwannee, and have provided LED, lighting and stage infrastructure for Tipper & Friends events at Suwannee, The Gorge and Red Rocks.
Festival production starts with the site. Stage positions, sightlines, sound propagation, power runs, truck access and the load-in schedule of every other vendor get mapped before any gear is specified. From there we build the production package per stage: LED video walls, concert audio, lighting design and control, staging and rigging, lasers and special effects, and site lighting for grounds, paths and art.
During the event we run stage management, artist advance and changeovers so sets start on time, keep a production desk staffed for the organizer, and schedule strike before the first truck arrives. Where a festival provides its own labor we support install and strike; show-run operations stay our full responsibility.
For organizers in the Northeast and touring festival clients beyond it, one contract covers the whole production. Tell us the site, the dates and the stage count and we will send a scope and a quote.
Festival organizers get a quote written stage by stage, with the structure, the systems, the crew and the schedule laid out so the production budget can be read against the site plan. Changes before the date are normal and are priced as they come. On site, the production desk is the organizer's single point of contact for everything we touch, from the first truck to the last.

Questions we get
How early should a festival book production?
Four to six months ahead for a multi-stage event gives time for site planning, engineering and vendor scheduling. Our festival production checklist walks through the timeline.
Can you produce one stage while another vendor does the rest?
Yes. Secret Dreams is an example: full production for the Portal Stage within a larger festival. Scope is set per stage.
Do you handle site lighting and power?
Yes. Distribution, cable and site lighting are part of our inventory, and we coordinate generators and tie-ins with the site electrician.
Do you travel outside the Northeast for festivals?
Yes. Our festival work includes Florida, Georgia, Washington and Colorado sites, and touring festival clients are welcome.
