An outdoor event is a stage built from nothing: a field, a park, a street or a parking lot with no roof, no rigging and often no power. 4Life Entertainment delivers the whole stage for festivals, park concerts, town celebrations, rallies and brand activations across the NYC Metro Area, New England and the Northeast.
Staging options include mobile hydraulic stages that set in hours, modular decks in standard heights with stairs, rails and ramps, ADA platforms and VIP risers, and ground-support truss for LED and lighting where nothing can fly. Outdoor-rated LED panels are bright enough for daylight and sealed for weather, built on structures engineered for wind load with ballast calculated for the site.
Audio, lighting, lasers and effects complete the stage, and our owned power distribution and cable run everything from a generator or a site tie-in. We produce a full season outdoors at Central Park SummerStage and have delivered large-scale public event staging and systems for the Boston Freedom Rally on Boston Common.
Every outdoor build comes with a weather plan in writing. Tell us the site, the date, the audience size and the acts, and we will send a site plan, a scope and a quote.
An outdoor quote from us reads as a site plan: the stage position and size, the LED wall and its structure, the PA and its coverage, the lighting rig, the power runs and the generator position, with the crew and the load-in schedule attached. Organizers and permit holders use that plan directly with the municipality, and venue operations teams use it to check the site before the trucks arrive.

Questions we get
Do you provide the stage itself or only the gear on it?
Both. Mobile hydraulic stages, modular decks and truss structures are part of our staging service, and we rig the LED, lighting and audio on them.
How do you handle wind and rain?
Structures are engineered for wind load with site-specific ballast, LED and audio are weather-rated, and a wind and weather action plan is written for every outdoor build.
Can you power an event on a site with no electricity?
Yes. We carry our own distribution and cable and coordinate generator power and tie-ins with the site electrician.
Do you work with town and city event permits?
We work alongside the organizer's permit holder on production requirements such as structures, sound and effects, and we have produced on Boston Common and in Central Park.
