LED Wall Rental Providence and Rhode Island
LED wall rental in Providence and Rhode Island
Concert-grade LED walls for Providence, Newport and the Rhode Island shoreline, from the company that designed and installed the permanent LED wall at Medici.
4Life Entertainment designed and installed the permanent LED wall and lighting system at Medici in Rhode Island, a long-term venue environment built around visuals. That project is the easiest way to see what we do: concert-grade LED, integrated lighting and a system the venue's own staff can run night after night.
For rentals, Rhode Island's calendar is busy from spring through fall: waterfront festivals and concerts in Providence, Newport's summer events and weddings, college shows, nightlife and corporate meetings downtown. We size the wall for the room or the site, choose indoor fine-pitch or outdoor high-brightness panels, and build it on ground support or fly it from house rigging.
Every rental includes delivery, installation, processing, playback, signal distribution and a video engineer for the event. Lighting, concert audio, staging, lasers and effects are available on the same quote, and our crews are based in Massachusetts, an easy drive to anywhere in the state.
Alongside Medici, our references include the seasonal LED wall at Central Park SummerStage, Boston Freedom Rally staging and systems, and festival builds for Elements and Secret Dreams. Send the venue, the date and a rough size and we will send a plan.
For venues thinking about going permanent, Medici in Rhode Island is the reference: a curved LED wall around the DJ booth with integrated lighting, installed as a permanent system. We can start with a rental for a launch weekend and move to an install once the venue knows what it wants, with the design carried over from one to the other.

Questions we get
Do you do permanent LED installs in Rhode Island as well as rentals?
Yes. Medici is a permanent LED wall and lighting installation we designed and built. LED hardware for installs is supplied through our distribution partner Outside the Box Distribution.
Can you handle waterfront and outdoor events in Newport?
Yes. Outdoor-rated panels, ballasted ground support and a weather plan are standard, and salt air and wind off the water are planned for.
What size wall for a nightclub or DJ booth?
Club walls are usually fine-pitch and shaped to the booth, flat or curved. Tell us the booth dimensions and we will propose a configuration.
Do you supply lighting and effects with the wall?
Yes. Lighting, lasers, CO2 jets, confetti and fog bursts can be quoted with the wall and run from one control desk.
