Corporate events have higher stakes than they look. A keynote that cannot be heard, a slide that will not switch or a wall that flickers on camera is remembered long after the content. 4Life Entertainment brings concert-grade AV to conferences, product launches, galas, holiday parties and company concerts across the NYC Metro Area and New England.

The core package is an LED video wall sized for the room with a live switcher, presentation inputs, confidence monitors and a camera package for IMAG and recording. Audio covers wireless microphones, playback, a system tuned for speech and music, and an engineer at the desk. Lighting handles the stage, the room and the brand colors, and staging gives the keynote a platform with clean sightlines.

We provided production for a PwC corporate event featuring OneRepublic, which is what a company concert looks like when the production is built to touring standards. The same team runs a full season at Central Park SummerStage, so a ballroom in Manhattan, a conference center in Boston or a Westchester estate is familiar territory.

Corporate events also run on a script, and so do we. The production schedule, the cue sheet and the input list are built with the planner before the week of show, rehearsals are blocked into the load-in day, and a technical director sits at the desk through the program. Breakouts, registration screens and sponsor loops are handled on the same package when the event needs them.
