4Life Entertainment is based in Western Massachusetts and produces events across New England: Boston and Worcester, Hartford and New Haven, Providence and Newport, and north into New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Our crews drive to every one of them with the same inventory we run at Central Park SummerStage and on festival stages across the country.
New England events have their own character: summer festivals in fields and fairgrounds, college shows, town celebrations, ski resort and mountain events, waterfront concerts and corporate retreats. We handle the full stage for each one: LED video walls, concert audio, lighting design and control, staging and rigging, lasers and special effects, plus the site planning, power and crew that make it work.
Regional references include staging and systems for the Boston Freedom Rally on Boston Common, the permanent LED wall and lighting install at Medici in Rhode Island, custom technology at the Dr. Seuss Museum and lighting consulting for Springfield Symphony Hall, and production for The Grass Is Greener Gathering.
Our owned power distribution, cable, staging support and effects inventory means a remote site becomes a working stage without waiting on a second vendor. Tell us the event, the site and the date, and we will send a scope and a quote.
The practical advantage of a regional company is distance. A New England site is a drive, not a freight shipment, so a site visit is simple, a late change is manageable, and a replacement piece of gear is hours away rather than days. Quotes are written as production plans so an organizer can see every piece and adjust before the date.

Do you travel to New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine?
Yes. All six New England states, with travel and lodging planned into the quote for remote sites.
Can you produce a multi-day outdoor festival?
Yes. Site planning, multi-stage production, power, site lighting, crew and show management are the core of our festival work.
Do you handle power for a site with none?
Yes. We carry our own distribution and cable and coordinate generator power and tie-ins with the site electrician.
What is the smallest event you take on?
A single LED wall, a laser package or a PA for a club show is a normal booking. Scope is written per event.
