A concert is a single night that has to be right the first time. 4Life Entertainment builds and runs concert production for venues, promoters and artists across the NYC Metro Area, New England and the Northeast, with the crew and inventory that run a full season at Central Park SummerStage every year.
Our concert work includes Terminal 5, where we are a recommended production provider, promoter shows for Project 91 at Under The K Bridge and Rockefeller Center, Dreamland and Planet Pride events, work with Live Nation and AEG Presents, production for a PwC corporate event featuring OneRepublic, and the full production package for the Shpongle 2025 tour.
The package covers LED video walls with IMAG and camera packages, concert audio with front-of-house and monitor engineers, lighting design programmed on professional consoles, staging and rigging, laser shows on professional show control with a Laser Safety Officer, and CO2 jets, confetti and fog effects. We advance the rider with tour management and build a plot the house crew and the touring crew work from together.
Promoters get one call for the whole stage and one person responsible for it. Tell us the show, the venue and the date and we will send a scope, a plot and a quote.
What promoters notice first is the advance. Riders are read, questions go to the tour before the week of show, and the plot that reaches the venue is the one the touring crew already approved. On the night, our engineers and operators run the house package, the touring crew runs theirs, and the production manager has one phone number for anything on the stage.

Questions we get
Do you advance directly with the artist's tour manager?
Yes. We take the rider, confirm the package or an approved equivalent, and build the plot with the tour's production team before load-in.
Can you supply just the pieces the venue does not have?
Yes. Many venue shows need only a laser package, an LED wall or additional lighting on top of the house system. We integrate with the house crew.
Do you handle corporate concerts and private shows?
Yes. The PwC corporate event featuring OneRepublic is an example of concert production inside a corporate event.
How many crew come with the production?
It depends on the package. A typical club show runs with a small team; a full outdoor stage carries engineers for video, audio, lighting and effects plus stagehands.
