Every rental ships with processing, playback, signal distribution, cable and a video engineer who builds the pixel map and runs the show. Lighting, concert audio, staging, lasers and effects can be added on the same quote so one crew builds the stage.

Summer weekends fill first. A date hold as soon as the event is confirmed is the safe move; a few weeks is comfortable outside peak season.
